Lowest price guarantee from Q-Lens!
Our lowest price guarantee means that you can buy your contact lenses online at the best price from Q-Lens. We always guarantee the lowest price!
As a major European supplier, we are able to operate with very small profit margins as we purchase very high volumes of lenses. On top of this, our general rule is: the more you order, the less you pay for both your lenses and P+P.
What if you then find a cheaper price elsewhere? Then we will reduce our price immediately!

What if I find a cheaper price elsewhere?
1. Send us a link to the website where you saw the lower price (including a screenshot if possible) using the form to be completed on our website (click here). Only websites which have been operating for more than a year and carry a “safe website mark” will be considered. The purpose of this is to exclude bogus and unreliable websites. Temporary promotions will not be considered either. A list of the websites which will be considered is shown here
2. The price must apply to exactly the same product and the same quantity.
3. The price must be quoted in the same currency as the price on the Q-Lens website.
4. Only the amount excluding VAT, P+P and handling costs will be compared.
5. This guarantee does not apply to purchases or price adjustments made following the adjustment of VAT rates or the law on trading practices.
If these conditions are met, we will reduce our price if necessary.
What if I have already placed an order and paid for it and then find an even lower price?
If you have already placed an order and have now found a lower price, you should submit your request for a refund within 7 days of placing your order at the latest. Submit your request using this form. If your request is found to be justified (see terms and conditions), the difference will be refunded to you in the form of a credit which will be added to your shopping basket. This amount will then be deducted from your next order automatically. Naturally, we will then also adjust our price on the website.
