Terms and conditions of delivery
Q-Lens is conscious of the fact that contact lenses can affect your ocular health.
So that is why all products from Q-Lens are only supplied subject to the following conditions:
* The purchaser is already wearing the contact lenses ordered and has been satisfied with them
* Q-Lens will supply contact lenses in accordance with the information provided by the purchaser
* The contact lens information provided by the purchaser is correct
* The contact lens information provided by the purchaser is no more than 12 months old
* Q-Lens takes responsibility for the quality of the products it supplies but cannot accept responsibility for the compatibility of the products or the possible consequences for the wearer’s eyes.
* Follow the advice of your optician/optometrist/contact lens specialist if he advises you not to wear contact lenses.
P+P and handling costs
The prices on the website include VAT at 21% and exclude P+P and handling costs.
However because we want to ensure the security and reliable delivery of shipments, we have entered into a working arrangement with TNT. Your order is insured against loss and theft.
However this means that we have to charge the full cost of P+P and handling for very small orders.
Therefore it is best for you to buy your contact lenses and contact lens solution together and to place joint orders with friends, family or work colleagues if possible in order to keep P+P and handling costs to a minimum or even to save having to pay any at all.
For shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg:
€5 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders over €49.
€8 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
For shipping to France and Germany:
€5 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders over €49.
€8 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
For shipping to Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Austria and Sweden:
€5 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders over €49.
€8 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
For shipping to Finland, Hungary, Poland, the Slovak Republic, Slowakije, Spain and the Czech Republic:
€10 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders over €49.
€13 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
For shipping to Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania:
€10 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders over €49.
€13 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
For shipping outside the countries specified above:
€10 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders between over €49.
€13 P+P and handling costs will be added to orders less than €49.
Express delivery by TNT Express (delivery within 24 or 48 hours) can be requested as an option.
Delivery time.
95% of orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 10-15 working days.

Goods in stock ordered (and paid for) before 2.00 pm will usually be shipped the same day.
You should add 1-4 working days to the delivery time for contact lenses which are not in stock.

Terms and conditions of use
Soft contact lenses are suitable for correcting the eyesight of people with healthy eyes. In the interest of the health of your eyes, you should follow the replacement schedule prescribed.
* Daily wear (for less than 24 hours, not overnight) OR
* Permanent wear (from 1 to 7 days, from 1 to 30 days, including overnight)
WARNING: If daily wear is recommended, lenses should be taken out before going to bed. Not everyone can wear contact lenses permanently even if they do not experience any problems when wearing the same type of lens during the day. Do not start to wear your contact lenses permanently without prior consent from your contact lens specialist. Never exceed the prescribed wear time even if you do not experience any discomfort while wearing your lenses. There is a greater risk of eye problems if you wear contact lenses permanently. Problems include corneal changes which can result in the wearer being unable to wear lenses, irritation and eye inflammation. That is why it is important to go to a contact lens specialist for regular eye examinations.
Also, you should always wash your hands thoroughly before putting your contact lenses in or taking them out.
CE product information and information on use
CE stands for ”Conformité Européenne” (European Conformity). Products which bear the CE mark meet the highest possible requirements in respect of quality and manufacturing. All the contact lenses which Q-Lens supplies to consumers comply with these requirements. Contact lenses which have a CE mark comply with European directive 93/42/EEC on medical devices (Medical Device Directive). According to the Medical Device Directive, contact lens wearers are to be provided with suitable instructions. Therefore please study this text carefully before you start using your contact lenses.
Payments.
Payments are made online (Visa - Mastercard - PayPal - Ideal - ING Homebank - KBC online - Dexia Direct Net). They are protected and made via a secure server operated by European market leader Ogone.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return all the products you have bought (only applies to unopened, undamaged and unmarked packaging and excludes custom-made orders (any products made specially for you by the manufacturer which cannot be returned like Q-Party lenses, Fantasy lenses, Toric and Multifocal lenses,...)), you can do so by placing the products in sturdy packaging, along with your order number and bank details (IBAN and BIC number), and returning them by registered post at your own expense within 7 days after delivery to “Q-LENS Refund Office, Eikelenberg 57, 3294 Molenstede, Belgium”. Once we have received the products returned, we will then send you a refund for the goods within 30 days. We are unable to process refunds without your correct bank details.
Disputes.
Any disputes are to be settled by the competent court of law in the district where the supplier’s head office is situated. Belgian law applies exclusively.
